Presidents Day

Yeah a three week day weekend :) We thought it would be great if we went to the cabin for one last snowmobling hurah.....but the snow did not think that would be the best idea. It was miserably cold, the snow was so wet and heavy, you were soaked within minutes. So neadless to say TJ was the only one that
ventured out.

The boys outside braving the storm!
The girls had a preety good time as long as they were inside!

All in all we had a good time though. We made it back to watch the Aggies bet St. Mary's which is always a good time. We had a nice relaxing weekend spent with family so I guess it could not have gotten much better then that!!

Memories

We were at the cabin when a bald eagle flew over head. I was standing outside with Kendall and I wanted so bad for her to remember that moment. I yelled remember this Kendall, remember this. Hoping so despertaly that she would remember that moment. This got me to thinking about how I want there little minds to remember everything good about there childhood. I know that I will try so hard to fill there youth with exciting and lasting memories. This led me to remember my childhood memories. I thought really hard and over and over in my head I kept seeing my cousin's house. I can remember the smells and all the details, right down to the burnt kitchen floor because somebody put the pan of mac and cheese on the ground. I can't remember the house I grew up in but I can remember hers. Watching On Our Own in the basement trying to catch the dust particles as the sun shined throught the window. Eating popsicles on the freezer in the basement. Running around her yard hiding by the door on the side of the house so nobody would find us. Dancing to criss/cross with pants on our heads. Then there was the vacation to Nebraska. Catching a bat in our hotel room. Playing cards on the floor of the van. All of these things fill my mind and I wonder why to I remember this? My mother was not standing there yelling remember this Candice, but yet I rememberd the laughs shared with RicAnn and all the time we spent together and how these memories flood my childhood. I hope that my daughters can find a friend like her to fill there memories. Thanks for taking a walk down memory lane. I felt like I needed to right down these memories, although I feel like I will always remember.

It's crazy....

but it is our life. As many of you know TJ is the freshmen basketball coach. So inreturn we watch a lot of basketball. I estimated this year we have watched close to 40 games. That is 1,280 minutes spent watching basketball. You are probably thinking are you crazy? Well yes I am, but I love it! The girls love to go and play out in the halls and Kaidence is content to sit and watch and dance to the music during halftime. Well we have gone 4 seasons without any injuries untill last night. This picture does not to it justice. Poor Kendall took a bleacher to the face. She was trying to pick up her cell phone, slipped and bam-right into the bleacher.

It is by her left eye. It is quite the little shiner she got. She also go her hair cut, but that was not part of the injury! Well another year of basketball down. TJ's team went 13-4 :) Yeah, so here we come softball!!!

Happy Valentines Day

Yeah what a silly little holiday!! But the little girls love it. They both had parties today so 2 parties in one day is way to much sugar for everybody. They decorated hearts and sugar cookies and got tons of valentines. It is funny how those little girls think that each one of those were written just for them. These are the girls decorating there hearts.
Here is one with Kennedy's eye open.

They made there boxes at school for there valentines. Kennedy's was a heart.
Kendall's is a cat, although she calls it a pig!

Kaidence was a champ through all of the parties and if I do say so myself looked very cute in her valentine shirt.
Tj made me a book of coupouns that will come in handy. My favorite one is no kids for 3 hours!!! I love my girls but that will be awsome! I am so grateful for my valentine and I love him more today then ever. He is a great dad a great husband and always keeps our family lauging. Happy Valentines Day to everybody! I hope that everybody feels loved to today and can love someone in return.

Big girls don't Cry :)

We have a rule in our house  about how old the girls have to be to get there ears pierced. We told them they had to be four. Kendall got hers done when she was 4 and 5 months. Kennedy did not quite make it to four! Her birthday is next month. Beka came over to some shopping in Twin Falls on Saturday and we all tagged along. While we were there Kennedy looked at me with those big blue eyes and said "Mom can I get my ears pierced I won't cry?" How can you say no to that. She wanted to get them done so Auntie Beka could hold her hand. She was so proud of herself because she did not cry!! I was really impressed. I would have cried!! After she got them done she sat there for a minute then very proud of her self said "I didn't cry!!" What a big gril she is. She picked her birthstone which is blue and she as called serveral people to tell them how big she was. We love our brave little girl!
She thinks that I should post all of these pictures but I think two will be plenty.

Heart Hair

I decided to get into the Valentine spirit and tried doing Kennedy's hair into a heart. This is how it turned out. I can see but I don't know if you all will be able to. She thinks it is great though!
